Kamis [09\/04\/2026], Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Belawan yang diwakili oleh Kepala Seksi Tindak Pidana Umum Yogi Taufik Fransis, S.H., M.H., didampingi Kasubsi dan Jaksa Fungsional mengikuti Bimbingan Teknis Penerapan Kitab Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2025 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP) yang diikuti secara virtual dari ruang rapat kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Belawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bimtek ini menjadi landasan penting dalam upaya pembaharuan sistem peradilan pidana nasional dan memahami secara komprehensif terkait subtansi KUHAP terbaru agar pelaksanaan tugas penegakan hukum dapat berjalan berkesesuaian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
