Senin [12\/01\/2026], Kejaksaan Negeri Belawan melalui tim Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) pada Seksi Tindak Pidana Khusus menghadiri sidang lanjutan Perkara Dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Dana Bos SMAN 19 Medan T.A. 2022-2023 an. terdakwa RN, EY, SM, dan TJT dengan agenda mendengarkan keterangan ahli yang digelar di Pengadilan Negeri Medan Kelas 1A Khusus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adapun ahli yang diperiksa dalam sidang tersebut yakni VGS selaku ahli konstruksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Bahwa para terdakwa memiliki peran masing-masing dalam perkara tersebut, RN selaku Kepala Sekolah, EY selaku Bendahara, TJT dan SM selaku penyedia atau pihak swasta.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
