Jumat [24\/11\/2025], Kejaksaan Negeri Belawan melalui tim Jaksa Penuntut Umum pada Seksi Tindak Pidana Khusus telah melaksanakan Sidang Perkara Dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Dana Bos SMAN 16 Medan T.A. 2022-2023 An. Terdakwa RA, EAD dan AM dengan agenda pembacaan dakwaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bahwa para terdakwa memiliki peran masing-masing dalam perkara tersebut, RA selaku Kepala Sekolah, EAD selaku Bendahara dan AM selaku penyedia atau pihak swasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
