Tim Penyidik Tindak Pidana Khusus Kejaksaan Negeri Belawan telah menetapkan tersangka berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penetapan Tersangka nomor : Print- 04\/L.2.26.4\/Fd.1\/09\/2025 tanggal 9 September 2025 atas dugaan korupsi Dana BOS pada SMAN 19 Medan Tahun Anggaran 2022 s\/d Tahun 2023 dengan kerugian negara kurang lebih sebesar Rp 772.711.214,-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selanjutnya tersangka berinisial RN ditahan di Rumah Tahanan Perempuan Tanjung Gusta Kota Medan berdasarkan surat perintah penahanan Nomor : PRINT-02\/L.2.26.4 \/Fd.1\/09\/2025 tanggal 9 September 2025 selama 20 hari sejak tanggal 09 September 2025 sampai dengan tanggal 28 September 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
